Healthy Kiwi fruits and Banana Sandwiches with Alfalfa Sprouts


I am posting 2 similar sandwiches in this post, hope you will like it!  You may explore  different ingredients with your own preference!
It is a Healthy  and nutritious as can be!
These sandwiches recipes were the inspiration from Ms Maria of Fuzi Magic, an charity program for Children Aid  for the needy. 



Healthy Kiwi Fruits Sandwiches with Alfalfa sprouts


Healthy Banana Sandwiches


 The ingredients and steps for the Kiwi Alfalfa sprouts Sandwiches ~




Main Ingredients -  Wholemeal bread, coral lettuce, kiwi fruit, Alfalfa sprouts, toasted white and black sesame seeds,  cherry tomatoes, Mayonnaise and peanut butter.





Spread peanut butter and mayonnaise on 2 slices of bread



  
Lay coral lettuce on the bread


Place slices of kiwi fruit and cherry tomatoes on the bread


Place some Alfalfa sprout on top the fruits



Sprinkle some white and black sesame seeds.


Cut the sandwiches into bite size.  Ready to serve!  Enjoy!

It is not only healthy but tasty too!
