Healthy Lemongrass Ginger Tea 香茅姜茶

The Chinese have utilized ginger tea to aid with stomach upset and various other digestive issues. Ginger tea is low in calories so it can be added to any diet provided you like the unique taste.

Ginger root is used as an added spice to cakes, pies, Asian and Indian cuisine, and is also frequently used in tea with no additional calories. The health benefits of ginger  makes ginger tea so popular.
Ginger is known to be anti-inflammatory so adding some to your diet through tea is healthy for anyone with chronic allergy problems.  It is also sometimes used to aid with motion sickness.
